What this service doesn't replace
Smoke damage can reach far beyond the ducts into insulation, soft furnishings and building materials. Duct cleaning isn't a complete fire restoration. For heavily damaged homes, check with your insurer and restoration contractor about the right order of work, and follow public health guidance on returning to a property.

Will duct cleaning remove every smoke odor?
Not always. Odor can come from materials outside the ducts. We'll tell you what we find and be upfront about what duct cleaning can and can't do.
Should I run my HVAC after ash falls nearby?
Check and replace the filter, and ask an HVAC professional if you suspect ash entered the system. Follow local air quality guidance during active smoke events.
