Post-Construction & Remodel Duct Cleaning
Drywall dust and sawdust don't stay on the floor during a remodel. They can get pulled into return vents and settle in the ducts. We remove that debris so it doesn't keep circulating once you move back in.
When to schedule it
The best time is after the dusty work is finished and before the final cleaning, so your finishes don't get covered in dust again. Tell your contractor early if you can.
What we look for
- Drywall dust and sawdust in returns and boots
- Debris dropped into floor or wall vents
- Ducts that were moved, cut or disconnected during the work
- Filters clogged by construction dust
A note on running the HVAC during work
If construction is still going on, ask your contractor about covering vents and whether the system should run at all. It's easier to keep dust out than to remove it later. If you find damage during the project, we also handle duct repairs.

Maybe not. Site cleanup usually focuses on surfaces you can see. An inspection will show whether dust reached the ducts.
