How long have you been in business?

We've served Santa Monica and Westside Los Angeles since 2016.

Do you give a price before you start?

Yes. We look at the job, explain what we found and give you a clear quote before starting.

Do I really need my ducts cleaned?

Not always. Clear reasons include heavy dust or debris, a recent remodel, pest activity or particles coming out of the vents. Our guide to the signs can help, and we'll tell you if we don't think cleaning is needed.

Will duct cleaning improve my health?

We don't make health claims. The EPA says duct cleaning hasn't been shown to prevent health problems. What we can do is remove dust and debris from your ducts and check airflow.

Can I text you?

Yes. You can text or call (310) 504-2014.

Do you work with property managers and HOAs?

Yes. We work with managers and associations on building-wide dryer vent cleaning and commercial duct cleaning.

How long does air duct cleaning take?

It depends on the size of the property, the number of vents and how much buildup is inside. We can give you a time estimate when we quote the job.

How much does air duct cleaning cost in Santa Monica?

The price depends on the vent count, system layout, access and the amount of debris. Our cost guide explains what changes the price, and we give you a clear quote before starting.

Will you make a mess?

We protect the floors and furniture near each vent and clean up when the work is finished.

How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?

Many homes do well with a yearly check, while long runs or heavy laundry use may need more frequent service. Our dryer vent guide goes through what to watch for.

Can you clean a dryer vent in a condo?

Yes. We work in condos and apartments. Let us know where your vent ends and whether your building has rules about roof access.

Do I need to move the dryer myself?

Tell us about the laundry space when you call, including stacked units or tight closets, so we can plan the visit.

Why does my dryer still run slowly after cleaning the vent?

The line may be crushed, disconnected or too restrictive, or the dryer itself may need service. An inspection can narrow it down.

Can you install a dryer vent for a new laundry room?

Yes. Tell us where the dryer is going and we can look at the options for the vent route.

I rarely use my fireplace. Does it still need checking?

Yes. CSIA recommends a yearly inspection even with light use, because animals or deterioration can make a chimney unsafe.

Do you install chimney caps?

Yes. We measure your chimney and fit a cap that suits it.

Will it make a mess in my living room?

We take care to keep the room clean while we work and tidy up before leaving.
