Dryer Vent Cleaning
Lint cleared from the full vent line, with airflow checked afterward.
Santa Monica & Westside LA
In many condos and multi-story buildings, the dryer vent runs up through the building and ends on the roof. Lint can collect in the long vertical line and at the roof termination, where it is easy to miss.
A long vertical run gives lint more places to settle, and the dryer has to push air further to clear it. Rooftop terminations can also collect lint or nesting material, and most residents never see them.
We clear lint from the line and the roof termination so the vent can exhaust properly. Afterward, we check airflow. Roof access in shared buildings often needs permission, so ask your HOA or property manager before your appointment.
If you manage a building with several units on similar vent lines, see our commercial dryer vent cleaning page. We can help you plan service across the building.
We're based at 3254 Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica and serve Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and nearby neighborhoods. See all service areas.

Check for a wall vent outside your laundry area. If there isn't one, ask your building manager or HOA, or we can help you trace it during an inspection.
